- Nicol Fischer Added October 19, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Vivesco is Martina, a great character who knows her field of practice. I like the fact that her group sessions are kept to only a small amount of people. This gives me the confidence knowing she focusses on each individual person.
Her program is great as it focusses on the whole body and health instead of only some areas. Her functional movement training using ViPR, sand bells, and boxing sessions helped me to gain a greater over all body movement. I didn't just lose weight, I gained more movement in my back and neck.
The group sessions are full of fun. We not just train, we also giggle. It's by now a great little community we created.
